1. REMOVE ELECTRIC EGR CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY

2. SEPARATE NO. 3 AIR HOSE

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and separate the No. 3 air hose.



3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR WITH DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the diesel throttle body connector.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and the intake air connector with diesel throttle body assembly and gasket.



4. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and the diesel throttle body and gasket.
